GETSUUQLAY Privacy Policy

GETSUUQLAY is a business management app for shops and small businesses — sales, products, inventory, customers, debts, expenses, and reporting.

Account information: your name, email address, and phone number (optional), and the business name/address/phone you provide.

Business data you enter: products (including any images you upload), customers and their names/phone numbers, sales, payments, debts, purchases, suppliers, and expenses. This is data you, as a business user, enter about your own business and its customers — GETSUUQLAY does not collect it directly from your customers.

Subscription/payment information: your chosen plan and the payment method/reference you submit (e.g. EVC Plus, eDahab, bank transfer, or cash) for manual review. GETSUUQLAY does not process card payments and does not collect card numbers.

Authentication information: your password (hashed) and session data, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) — GETSUUQLAY never sees or stores your password in plain text.

To operate the service: authenticating you, running the features you use (POS, inventory, reports, etc.), and reviewing manually-submitted subscription payments. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

GETSUUQLAY is built on Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage for product images) and hosted on Vercel. We do not use any advertising or analytics SDK.

Every business's data is isolated at the database level — one business can never read another business's records, enforced by row-level security on every table, independently of the application code. Access to features within a business is further controlled by role- and permission-based checks.

We do not currently have a fixed, published retention period for business financial records (sales, payments, debts, and similar history). Deleting your personal account (see below) removes your login and profile; records you created remain part of your business's own history, with your personal identifier removed. If you are a business owner requesting account deletion, GETSUUQLAY support reviews the request and follows up directly regarding the business's records.

You can request deletion of your account from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or at getsuuqlay.com/delete-account without needing to be logged in. Staff accounts are deleted immediately upon confirmation. Business owner accounts go through a review process, since deleting an owner's account cannot automatically delete the business or its financial history.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal account information at any time using the process above.

Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Vercel (hosting). We link out to WhatsApp for optional support contact; no data is sent to WhatsApp by the app itself beyond what you choose to send in that conversation.
